User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access and use of Oliwa, an AI character interaction application (“App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using Oliwa, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Oliwa. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and are legally permitted to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Oliwa allows users to:

• Chat with AI characters that have unique personalities, backstories, and traits.

• Customize pre-designed chat backgrounds for each character.

• Set the role or functionality of each character through simple guided questions.

Oliwa is for entertainment and creative exploration only, and is not a substitute for human interaction, professional advice, or mental health support.

3. User Conduct

By using the App, you agree to:

• Use the App in accordance with applicable laws and this Agreement.

• Not attempt to harm, reverse engineer, exploit, or misuse the AI systems.

• Not upload, share, or generate any unlawful, abusive, harmful, or offensive content.

• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to AI character designs, dialogue systems, UI elements, and brand assets, are the intellectual property of Oliwa and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

5. User Content

You may customize characters or provide responses that influence conversations. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use this content solely for improving the App’s features and services.

You are responsible for any content you submit and for ensuring it does not violate the rights of others or applicable laws.

6. Privacy

Your use of Oliwa is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data. Please review it carefully.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Changes to the Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. If material changes are made, we will notify you within the App or through other means. Continued use of the App after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

9. Termination

You may stop using Oliwa at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at our sole discretion, especially in cases of violation of this Agreement.
